MEET THE VILLAIN

Erembour is the heart of a star, a holy Gift Bearer and the horseman of chaos.
At a time indeterminate in the history of the cosmos, the Ark wished to commune with the life He had created. So He separated a piece of His soul and named the being Invar, setting this new power over time itself.
Invar recruited three celestials to act as his horsemen, intending for them to aid him as he maintains the universe. Erembour was chosen to protect and wield the gift of Chaos, the very essence of chance and change.
Time is Invar's very blood, and the longer he holds the lines of time, the longer he bleeds. If Invar dies, everyone dies. Including Erembour and the two brothers he loves.
Erembour was nothing before Invar chose him. And to nothing he will return if Invar dies. So Erembour abandoned his duty as the bringer of bright, hopeful chance and change and now seeks to lighten the weight of the cosmos by destroying planets to prolong Invar's life.
Erembour will ensure Invar lives as long as possible by whatever means necessary. But the blood will not be on Erembour's hands. He believes the best destruction is self-inflicted.
And so Samiria bleeds.
